If a piece isn't right, raise a return within 30 days of delivery from your account dashboard. We collect from your home, inspect the piece in our workshop, and refund to the original method within 7 working days of pickup.

Bespoke fabric, dimension or finish choices are non-returnable once production has started. Manufacturing defects are always covered.

We repair, refinish, re-upholster and re-tuft any Antyq piece for as long as we're here. Bring the original invoice; we cover materials and craft for the first ten years, then it's at workshop cost.
